"Beautiful camping - In itself a beautiful CP which offers a cool, almost Caribbean beach. The beach bar is great with small snacks and top cocktails. The restaurant has a large selection and is of good quality.

"Very satisfied - We stayed at this beautiful campsite for a few days in September 2019 and were very satisfied. Beautiful, leafy campsite with beautiful flowering shrubs and trees, spacious pitches, competent and very helpful management and friendly staff, great restaurant with delicious and inexpensive food, clean sanitary facilities, very close to the beach, very quiet in the evening, overall a pleasant atmosphere that contributed greatly to relaxation. Fresh bread and rolls in the morning, small supermarket, nice bar. Well located for excursions to Olympus, markets etc.! A wonderful sandy beach 5 minutes away by car with mainly local bathers. We will certainly be back!

"Quiet place - The place is very quiet. Beach ok. The taverna is highly recommended. Shady spots. Shop beforehand as the nearest supermarket is a long way away. Recommended for anyone looking for peace and quiet.

"Again and again - We were there for the first time about 30 years ago, then almost every year (unfortunately) in recent years only twice. I was there alone in 2019. Each time we were warmly welcomed and Angeliki remembers almost all the family stories :-) We always liked the place, solutions were found for all eventualities (almost always by Angelika). The best times were in the early and late season. Ending the day in the restaurant in the evening (with original cuisine) or in the beach bar - a dream for me. In the morning there was fresh bread and pastries in the "supermarket", where you can buy the essentials. For larger purchases you just have to go to Vartholomio, and for even larger ones to Amaliada or Pirgos - all within driving distance. Thank you Αγγελική and Γεώργιος for always great times.

"One of the very good places in the Peloponnese - We visited most of the campsites in the Peloponnese over a period of 3 months, including this one. 90% of all campsites are totally outdated and exude the ramshackle charm of the 60s or 70s. But there are notable exceptions in the far south and here opposite the island of Zakynthos. To be honest, we didn't even want to go to this place because one reviewer said that he was a little put off by the many German signs. Well, there are, but this has nothing to do with "original German order" or clubbiness, but rather with the German language, which both staff and most customers speak. It is therefore an indicator of an increasing formation of homogeneous ghettos and if you are looking for connections and camper friends, you are certainly well advised to stay here. The Greek campsite is very well organized with lovely staff and a resolute, gnarled Greek boss who manages the beach bar and taverna well; the site is clean, has quite good sanitary facilities (albeit mixed and somewhat inadequate) and a spacious area where you can avoid the crowds. A very nice beach, nice rental bungalows, plenty of shade and a good ambience with a few original rocks and tinkered scrap caravans. The only place that we could give 5 stars almost everywhere. This is probably also due to the strong competition next door with the super CP Ionian Beach! Particularly worth mentioning is the "healthy" atmosphere: during our stay there were no inappropriate show-off camper vans with stiff snobs (they are next door), few beer-bellied tourists and hardly any screaming families. There are also some really great campers here who make you regret having to move on again! My tips: Shopping at LIDL in Amaliada, visiting the tavernas in the villages before Aginara - all are recommended! Great taverna recommendation: DOUGAS, 2.5 km further on - sensational and good German-speaking service - if you would like more information, please send me an e-mail!
