"More or less - This is probably a note that will go unheeded due to the obviousness of the thing but the fact that you cannot enter the spa in a bathing suit is not sufficiently reported on the internet, not suitable for a family vacation of 5 adults, the house really too uncomfortable for 5 adults, I would have liked to be better advised by the receptionists when booking. There are no sockets inside the small room.

"A peaceful weekend - As always everything was great! This time we stayed in the lodge with the sauna inside, it was a wonderful experience. This time we learned that the food in the restaurant was even better than last times! Thanks to the maitre d' Michael really super good. One clarification I would put the check in a little earlier

"November weekend - From the moment we arrived, it was love at first sight. Crossed the entrance and welcomed with warmth and kindness, it seems to be immersed in a fairy-tale atmosphere that knows how to combine well the mountain tradition with modernity and variety of services, cared for and attentive to details and details, which is worth the trip and fulfills what it promises. The only criticism: the lack of specific information and directions regarding the facility and its offerings and logistics when checking in and the long waits for access to the pools at certain times.

"We will be back! - The location is a dream, the complex is wonderfully harmonious despite its enormous size and is well maintained! No matter where, whether in the restaurants, reception or in the store and no matter how busy it is - the staff always have a smile on their faces and are extremely professional! You feel at ease straight away and that is anything but a matter of course in a hotel of this size! If you want to look for flaws, then you could perhaps point out that the swimming pool is probably already reaching its limits in view of the number of guests... An expansion of the facility will certainly involve enormous effort, but is probably unavoidable in the long term. But it's no wonder it's so popular, because this beautiful indoor pool facility is a real unique selling point, especially in the fall.
