Terms and Conditions: Newsletter Giveaway

1. Promoter

The promoter of the giveaway in the context of the camping.info Newsletter is the Camping.info GmbH, Oranienburger Str. 27, 10117 Berlin as well as the partner(s) named in the respective giveaway description.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the giveaway.

3. Prizes

In the context of the Newsletter Giveaway, each prize varies. Example prizes include a stay at a campsite, a camping.info Camping Guide, camping-related items or gadgets. The exact prize will always be named in the respective newsletter.

4. How to Enter

To participate in a Newsletter Giveaway, a participant must enter their personal information (first and last name and email address) here, accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and finally submit the data that they entered. A Newsletter Giveaway typically lasts one week (7 days). A participant may only enter each giveaway once. Employees of Camping.info GmbH and directly or indirectly related companies as well as relatives of these employees are prohibited from entering.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

A winner will be selected randomly among all participants of the relevant Newsletter Giveaway, and they will then be notified via email. Furthermore, the first name and last initial will be included in the email notification sent to all participants.

6. Issuing of Prizes

camping.info notifies the respective partner company when a winner has been selected and sends them the necessary information so they can send out the prize. Typically, the prize will be sent out by the partner company within a week of the winner being notified.

7. Exclusion of Participants

camping.info reserves the right to exclude participants that have violated the Terms and Conditions or that have used technical manipulation in an attempt to influence the results of the giveaway. In the event of exclusion from the giveaway, prizes can be denied retroactively and then reclaimed.

8. No Issuing of Prizes

camping.info reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decide what to do with a prize that cannot be issued because of exclusion of participation or because of an inability to deliver the prize.

9. Privacy

The data that you enter and submit are used only once by camping.info and the respective giveaway partner for advertising purposes. Furthermore, the winner’s first name and last initial are published in the email notification that is sent to all participants. 10. Limitation of Liability

camping.info assumes no liability for data loss, in particular that caused by data transmission, technical defects and lost, damaged or delayed submissions due to network, hardware or software problems. Any warranty claims by the winner are excluded.

11. Changes/Cancellation of the Giveaway

camping.info reserves the right to change, cancel or end the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without reason.

12. Severability

Should one of the clauses in this document be found illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will still apply.

13. Miscellaneous

Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash. All decisions are final.
