We wanted to fish for catfish for five days but unfortunately nothing came of it😢we were checked every day first morning 7 o'clock second also and that during a drill so everything allowed! 3 evening half past eight in the ognon two came and one shouted in French 5min, what is that! do they not want tourists fishing😇or just unfriendly?.well after four days home!mfg

The peace, the river and the impression of really being in France: Most of the other campers were French and very nice!

No animation, but we don't need that either...
Wonderful days had !
Very nice people on the campsite and at reception, and plenty of space and peace and quiet even in high season!
Rural, but with bread delivery service and swimming opportunities in the river Saone (which still has plenty of water even now in dry weather):
Great value for money ! Ideal for families who... don't need entertainment for their children:
You can cycle, visit castles, play boules, volleyball or soccer on an extra court...
The sanitary facilities are not new, but they are clean and well maintained.
Most of the pitches are shady with trees, but there are also many very sunny pitches.
Unfortunately, you can't take your dog directly onto the beach, which is understandable. Maybe you can take your dog to the water at the side of the beach, but we didn't ask as it wasn't that important to us.
If we come back, we will definitely bring bikes with us ....

Quiet, spacious place with French charm
beautifully laid out course with mature old trees
- The entire site is extremely spacious with large emplacements
- Access to the Saône with bathing beach
- Sanitary facilities very simple, outdated & clean and well maintained
- free choice of pitch
- Very friendly campsite warden
- Cycling tour along the Saône recommended
- Quiet and close to nature
- bakery in the village within walking distance

Great campsite! Very well maintained and generously laid out
Stayed at the campsite for 3 days. Direct connection to the cycle network and all pitches with shade. Great tree population with perfect lawn. Highly recommended

Quiet location. Restaurant nearby.

Sanitary facilities somewhat poor and outdated
Low season still open
We stopped here on the way to the south of France. The site was still open but the infrastructure was somewhat reduced. We were served in a friendly manner and even provided with bread rolls. The nearby beach restaurant was also still open, albeit with loud music.
