Hannelore K.July 2021PlusuriVery nice placeMinusuriOn the first morning we were insulted by the owner because when opening the caravan door our young Labrdor went after a cat but immediately came to my call, the owner screamed across the square (if your animal kill my animal then I kill your animal) I was shocked first wanted to apologize immediately (no hill), after 15 minutes I tried again no hill. 3 nice days with nice neighbors, on the 3rd day I wanted to cook something in the evening because the fuse jumped out was only a very nice Securogo there who explained to us with hands and feet that he has no key, only the boss. (My husband needs a medical device for the night) luckily the neighbor gave us electricity, in the morning my husband wanted to talk to the owner because he was insulted again in her gutter language we didn't get electricity and at 12 o'clock we left the place and at a very overpriced price of 70 € per night for 2 people, car, caravan and dog our vacation was over for the time being. Too badNever again RomanticaPlace is very nice

The location is unique! The view over the lake and the beach are unbeatable. Sanitary facilities always clean. The whole site is well maintained. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. The choleric usher, who many people complain about, has now retired. We have only ever found the family who run the place to be helpful and friendly. The location, the beach and the park-like grounds are certainly unique. The... sanitary facilities are a bit outdated, but very clean. If you are looking for peace and quiet instead of entertainment, if you want relaxation instead of action, if you want to enjoy a great panorama and if you like swimming in the lake, you will feel at home at Romantica.Tradus automat.

You are insulted and reprimanded at the slightest query. If you don't leave the campsite on time on the day of departure, you have to pay for a full... day. Our friends had a car breakdown on the day of departure, but as the towing service was only able to pick up the car at 2.00 pm, they were asked to pay half a day's rate accompanied by rude insults. It seems that nothing, but really nothing, has been modernized since the campsite opened. The staff give the impression that you have to thank them on your knees every day to be allowed to be on this site and you are treated as if you are a bit stupid! You don't... have to stick to written rules because the staff always interpret them themselves and then grumble at you for it. This was the worst place I've ever been to in terms of facilities and staff. The location is fantastic - especially if you have a front row seat. The prices are on a par with better equipped places (e.g. Union Lido) As a result: once and never again!Tradus automat.

It is guarded by a small, koleric despot who rules the place with a far cry from friendliness. We were allocated a pitch in a flash, with roots serving as a boundary. The shopping options are limited,... the best way to reach the organic market is to walk along the main road past the church and back towards the lake, or go up to the ice cream parlor by the lake. Next to the Hotel am See in the hotel of the same name, you can eat well and enjoy a great view over the lake. It's fine for a few days, but we were missing a typical Italian townTradus automat.

Beautiful location in the bay and fine pebble beach, which is cleaned regularly. Wonderful panorama. Large shady pitches, clean showers and toilets, which are cleaned regularly. The site is always... kept tidy by the groundsman. Strangers are not tolerated under any circumstances. All restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Cultural program by the municipality. - Christine S.June 2015PlusuriLarge shady pitches, beautiful beach, cleanlinessMinusuritoo expensive for a 2 star place, the place is worn out and nothing is renewed.Has unfortunately changed for the worseWe were there 15 times in a row until 4 years ago and were always very satisfied. This year we were there again and received a very friendly welcome. Unfortunately, no improvements were made. The price for 2 people with Womo and additional moped € 33.80 in the VS in the high season suddenly € 51.80.... There are very well, and always have been, disposal options for service water. We, as well as another long-time visitor to this site, have now looked at another site in the immediate vicinity, which is €8 cheaper in the low season and also has a swimming pool. So it is with a heavy heart that we will move there. However, the supermarket just outside the campsite is forgettable and hasn't changed for the better in the last 4 years that we haven't been there. You have to queue for at least 20 minutes in the morning for fresh pastries. So much for our unfortunately not very positive report.Tradus automat.

Abhocke if you don't pay anything on the side, they try to snatch all your money from your wallet. You only get good seats with bribes. If you complain about the totally dirty bungalow, you have to pay for the entire travel time but can... leave immediately. If you don't do what the operator asks, they claim you have damaged something and call the police. Of course they know each other and they say you give them money otherwise it will be more expensive. I was insulted and pushed in front of my own children and the police. Unfortunately, it all happened between 31.7. and 13.8.2014. A very sad end to a camping vacation.Tradus automat.

The road leading past the lake and campsite was very busy at night and noisy until 3am each morning. You feel like you're in the army, you have to do everything the staff say otherwise you'll be thrown out. Beware of being ripped off otherwise you won't get your pass. Never againTradus automat.

When I left, my request to pay by credit card was met with insulting reactions. It is simply outrageous what the owner has allowed herself. Why the campsite requires cash payment up to a sum of € 1,000 is a matter for speculation, at best in terms of tax.Tradus automat.

Electricity and water at the pitch also has its advantages (at 43 EUR per day for 2 people, camper van and dog also to be expected). However, there are also disadvantages. The staff is quite unfriendly and on the whole... expensive place there is no disposal possibility for service water and fresh water refueling only with watering can.
