Unfortunately, we have only had one problem for a few years. A very small number of guests have been partying very loudly, so that we can neither hear the TV normally nor have a proper conversation... in the caravan. There is nothing wrong with "apres-ski" and we are happy to see happy people. Ballermann music with heavy bass can be brief, but not the whole evening, especially not late into the evening on December 25th. They can celebrate Christmas in a different way without disturbing other people too much. Unfortunately, these individuals have no consideration for other people. There were many neighbors who thought it was terrible, but didn't dare to complain. We complained to the noisy people and it got better. No matter where, whether in the restaurants, reception or in the store and no matter how busy it is - the staff always have a smile on their faces and are extremely professional! You feel... at ease straight away and that is anything but a matter of course in a hotel of this size!
If you want to look for flaws, then you could perhaps point out that the swimming pool is probably already reaching its limits in view of the number of guests... An expansion of the facility will certainly involve enormous effort, but is probably unavoidable in the long term.

The service, the campsite, the great surroundings and especially the spa area left nothing to be desired. It was a very successful weekend and we will definitely be back. Special praise also to the restaurant and we love the lovely little store on the... site. If I could make one criticism, it would be the fact that you always have to book at least 3 nights. As parents of school-age children, this is not always feasible.
