Not customer friendly, they do not understand that the customer is king and willing to pay for it. Small expenses must be paid in cash (nowhere else in Italy is this normal). If you have a question you are grumpily snapped at.Avoid in high seasonCamping is heavily overbooked in high season, promises are very easily broken even during the stay. We had reserved a spot with car by the tent. There turned out to be no place. The improvised spot was initially big enough to also have the car with it, but two days later we were told without pardon that our car was not allowed to park near the tent. Wifi is fine (for a fee).
Due to water shortage, the water level of the reservoir was very low. This makes it difficult to descend to the water for swimming.
The dog is allowed in the lake.
The lake is lukewarm (not so nice and fresh)....
Very friendly, helpful owners. If you just follow the rules, there is nothing wrong. It's not only beautifully situated, it's also very well maintained and very cozy. The owners are more than just friendly! They are always helpful and very concerned about the well-being of their guests. The pitches are big enough, we have a large caravan + awning... and still have enough space to the front. The sanitary facilities are always spotlessly clean. Dogs are welcome, which is why we chose this site. The pizza is also delicious :). Highly recommended. A very, very nice stay! First I want to say that I was very surprised that it is in a such a lovely location and the lake it is by is not crowded as the bigger lakes in Italy. We stayed only one night and got one of last two pitches as we did... not make reservation, but it was fine. Overall cleanliness of the campsite is good, pitches are quite level and electricity is near so it ticks most of the boxes. Toilets do not have any paper, but we have noticed that is standard in Italy, so we came prepared:) 3-my first complaint is, that there is no possibility to pay with card (credit or debit), luckily we hade some reserve cash with us. Again this is quite common issue in Italy that I do not understand - well actually I do. If you use credit cards, than all the payments are electronically marked and there is no room for skimming on taxes. That wasn’t the biggest issue 4 - as mentioned, we spend only one night as we were traveling the very next day. It was one of the hottest weeks in this summer in Italy and our camper doesn’t not have A/C. that’s why we did all our driving as early in the morning as possible especially because we had dog with us. I got the feeling we annoyed the lady at reception just by coming there as she had to do some actual work so when I asked nicely if I can pay the bill during check in as we are leaving early, I was told that yes but we cant leave before 8AM. We are using camping sites a lot every year and in many European countries so I very well understand the "silence rule" between some reasonable times (10 or 11 pm until 6 or 7 AM). To clarify - our plan was to leave at 7AM but I was told that is possible as the gate opens at 8. I asked if there is any possibility to open the gate a little earlier as every minute counted with the heat on the road and was told that it is not possible because the gate is ELECTRONIC!. It was a learning moment for me as I didn’t know that electronic gates are unable to open with a remote :) I hope there will never be a need for emergency in that campsite as the ambulance personnel would need to run inside if it happens outside the ELECTRONIC gate time schedule... But o.k. - it was pointless to argue as the customer satisfaction is not on their top 10 list.

The sites are spacious; the car is parked in a parking lot in the campground. The location of the campsite in relation to the mountains is favorable so all day sun! Mountain biker, but certainly the e-biker comes into his own. Lots of information about the area and very helpful owners (two sisters). Water/dish washing available on many places. Not too much choice in restaurant but next camping in 15 minutes walk has plenty choice. Sanitary facilities are very good but could be limited in high season. Trees are... new, so there's no shade. Great place for walking. Train to Venice in Bassano at 34 km (takes 1:05 hrs). The dead-end road means there is only traffic to the campsite. This is more than negligible. The peace and quiet is heavenly. The sanitary facilities are excellent, as are the hosts. Absolutely 5 stars are to be awarded. However, if you are looking for high life and partying, this is not the place for you.Automaticky preložené.
