Good restaurant.NegativnoFor Germans, of course, everything is quite expensive, especially the restaurant. It is very green, quiet and the area is beautiful. You have lots of options here. The store, restaurant and food are also very good. But what particularly struck me was the super service provided by the campsite crew. Everyone... is very friendly, even when things are very hectic. I can really only recommend this campsite and it is also a great starting point for various sightseeing tours.Samodejno prevedeno.

However, Camping Eymatt with Benjamin and his team are simply TOP - starting with the booking and a phone call to clarify what is important to us, through to the check-in with a welcome drink and on to the inspection... of the site with an assessment of the possible pitches. Everyone is very nice, helpful and interested in the well-being of the guests. We've never had service like this before. Not to mention the great restaurant, which also provides all drinks and dishes as take-away to your own pitch. The late check-out was also great, so we were able to start the day comfortably and move on in the afternoon without stress. This was our first visit, but certainly not our last! We went swimming in the Aare, it was great, we'll definitely be back.Samodejno prevedeno. - Dave B.August 2022Pozitivno- very friendly staff - great location between the forest (great for biking and cycling) and the Aare (river swimming and bridge jumping possible) and yet close to Bern by bike/bus (very central) - Night's rest consistently observed - Beautiful and clearly laid out campsite - Good facilities with everything you need - many excursion possibilities nearbyNegativnoBungalow had a few minor flaws: - clogged freezer compartment - impractical, cheap shower cubicle - Narrow, swabian double bed - creaky floor Trampoline is unusable for experienced jumpers (hard plastic elements instead of elastic net, not suitable for bare feet, not suitable for trick jumps)Gladly again:-)We (a young family with two small children) liked it very much. We loved the location: very close to nature and quiet between the Aare and Bremgartenwald and yet very close to Bern (easy to reach by bike or bus). The staff were very friendly - we felt welcome. The offer at the reception/restaurant covers... everything you need. The infrastructure on the campsite is good - only the trampolines sunk into the ground are not suitable for experienced jumpers. The bungalow is tiny and has a few small quirks, but is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need.

You could sit there for a long time, it's so nice. We would have liked TCS campsites to have a little more official relaxation in the regulations regarding night-time rest, so that conversations at a moderate volume don't have to be stopped at 10 pm. However, it wasn't the management that complained, but rather overly ping-pongy guests who seldom refer to the rule that at 10 p.m. people are only allowed to talk at a whispering volume.Great location in the nature of a fantastic city + great hostsThis campsite is wonderfully situated on the River Aare near the beautiful Hinterkapellen. The site offers a wide range of excursions both to the city of Bern, which has an EXTREMELY wide range of activities for families, and to the magnificent natural landscape in the surrounding area from Lake Wohlen... to far beyond the hills.
The site is very beautiful, the campsite management takes good care of the trees and the infrastructure. The site is well managed. The team is well organized, friendly and you can feel the Bernese relaxed and uncomplicated attitude. We have nothing to complain about. The sanitary facilities were always clean and we never had to queue for the showers. The staff are very present on the campsite but never unpleasant. They always greeted us and asked if everything was OK. The pitches... are very spacious. This campsite is highly recommended, we would go there again at any time.
During your stay you get a Bern public transport ticket.
