The Concept: About LeadingCampings

Since 1994, Leading Campings of Europe has been pursuing the special mission of promoting camping tourism on a European level and improving the quality of campsites in Europe. Starting small - about 30 years ago - 45 members from 10 European countries now belong to German association "Leading Camping and Caravaning Parks of Europe e.V.".

LeadingCampings are not a "campsite chain" with collective decisions. On the contrary, each individual member site decides indepently on the design of the infrastructure, the leisure and catering facilities, the prices and opening hours, and more. What all 45 Top Campsites have in common, however, is the high quality standard on all levels. From the smooth check-in to the high level of cleanliness to the trained and particularly service-oriented staff: LeadingCampings invest in a joint quality management to provide you with a particularly comfortable vacation.
