Tina G.November 2024Kössen Euro CampWe were on the site on the last weekend before the site closed (winter break). It was a pity that there was no possibility to get a place in the restaurant because there was simply not enough capacity and the other restaurant on the site was already closed. The sanitary facilities, bathroom and sauna... were not very clean. It seemed to us that the staff had already been reduced. The tourist tax was also increased from 1.11.24, although all or most of the restaurants were closed. On the evening of 2.11.24 the staff celebrated the end of the season extensively and loudly until 3 am!!! Sleeping on our pitch or the pitches on W was out of the question!!!

- Mandy M.November 2024Like coming home.As we have been guests at your campsite for years, it always feels like coming home. The heated pool means that young people can always find a balance to cycling and hiking. The sanitary facilities are always clean and the pitches are spacious and well equipped. With the view of the Wilder and Zahmer... Kaiser, it is always a pleasure. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and have been for years.
The only criticism is that the Kaiseralm menu has shrunk and many beloved dishes are no longer available. But here too, the staff are friendly and always happy.

Our pitch was very large and had short distances to the sanitary facilities, SPA and mini market, but was located on the through road to Schwendt. Unfortunately, cars drive very fast and often on this road. The SPA area is super and clean.... The showers in the sanitary area are very cramped. If you have a child with you who can't shower alone, it's unpleasant. The toilets were always clean. It would be nice if disinfectant was available.

This was our third time there and not the last.
However, we were disappointed this time. Instead of a couple's week we had a building site week.
Wheel loaders and beavers were in use from 7:30 a.m. which could be heard at a correspondingly loud volume when something flew into containers.
I wish... that this would be communicated to you on arrival at the latest. Rather earlier.
I would have liked at least a discount as compensation. But the complaint at the time of payment was kindly ignored.
Otherwise it is a nice place and we will be back. However, if there is another building site we will leave.
The fact that it needs to be renovated/renovated/modernized is ok, but a discount and information would be appropriate. Or close the campsite for the duration.
