Used to love this place. Was really family friendly, now... since the change in management it's gone down hill massively!

After several visit, each being worst than the last, I will never be going here again. -Staff are discrimitive towards customers, unwilling to help with complaints, rude and sarcastic. -They told us as well they also monitor their cctv, which points directly over pitches. I have seen this with my own eyes. so don't go sun bathing behind your wind breaks! Invasion of privacy. Child safety - no cameras on the back infant playground (anyone can walk through the back hedge (Which local young adults drinking do as a cut through, ive seen with my own eyes) a child could be stolen and no one would know) -Our vehicles have been damaged by other people, Staff wanted nothing to do with the complaint, nor gave the cctv evidence, so was unable to claim on our insurance, so had to fork out monies when we got home to fix. -Assistant dogs attacked (leaving scaring +bills) - no help from staff The site also allows child assault! And PUNISHES THE VICTIMS by banning the child which was assaulted. Work that one out?!?! Our 5 year was assaulted by another customer and WE were banned not them. No apology no nothing. I have tried to be diplomatic but had no acknowledgement, no care at all from the campsite. The owners wants nothing to do with any of the complaints or their mistreatment and discrimination from staff on our awful holidays. The management + owners will ignore any complaints. Higher authorities have been informed.
