Inviting campsite but disinterested customer service
Very well run and nice campsite. They have managed to create a very cozy atmosphere with inviting bathing areas. The toilets feel relatively fresh and newly renovated but are however easily dirty as at least in one of the houses the shower and toilet are shared, but in summary the toilets are of an approved... standard.
And had it not been for the unhelpful so-called customer service and the lack of treating all customers equally, I would have highly recommended this family campsite.In our case, we booked and paid well in advance for a place with a sea view (and were assigned a very nice place) but then suddenly the view disappeared as, according to the campsite, they needed to come up with a "special solution". They then chose to place a boogie caravan on the cross just in front of the sea view. A big disappointment as well as irritation for us and our neighbors to say the least (and it should be added here that they charge well for this sea view). But the saddest part of the whole experience is the treatment when we presented and questioned the justification of the decision. There was no interest in resolving the situation or even giving feedback after our dialog. It was clear that we were only experienced as a nuisance. It was a sad end to a great start.
